My Story

I am a theatre director, educator, certified coach, and a mediator in training. My teaching and coaching practice is inspired by NVC approach.

I have launched Coaching For Artists to provide a safe space for all those who want to consciously navigate their lives, needs, and careers in the creative industry. Since 2020, I have been working with actors, filmmakers, dancers, vocalists, musicians and artists of other disciplines through individual sessions and group workshops.

In 2022, thanks to the TransferHub grant, Paulina Kwiatkowska-Chylińska and I created a social innovation helping artists increase their visibility.
For now, it’s only available in Polish and you can download it for free.

I work in Polish, French and English.

THAT’S WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“I feel refreshed.
I really needed this conversation.”
Agata, actress

“It’s hard to find the space f
or such work in my everyday life.
I came to the workshop
and it was f*** worth it.”
Maciej, musician

“Weronika guides you
and asks questions while
giving you the space
for mapping your thoughts.
She doesn’t provide answers,
but she is present and listening.
During our three sessions,
she provoked me to think about
my dreams and plans,
and inspired me to take full responsibility for my life.”
Marcela, actress

“Weronika really helped me with meaningful words while I was struggling to shape my concept for the diploma project.
Most of my friends were supporting me with kind words
which was of course nice, but I actually needed a deeper discussion.
The session helped me to launch my brainstorming process
and admit that the researches and ponderings I did earlier
was already enough.
Sometimes it's fine to have
lots of questions and not have any answer,
because if you already know the answers,
there is no point in exploring.”
Aliona, visual artist
